简体中文The emulsion pump, also known as the squeeze type emulsion pump, is a liquid dispenser that uses the principle of atmospheric balance to pump out the raw material liquid in the bottle by squeezing, and supplement the external atmosphere to the liquid dispenser in the bottle.
The main performance indicators of the lotion pump: air pressure times, pump displacement, low pressure, nozzle opening torque, rebound speed, water intake indicators, etc.
The most typical lotion fine mist pump is composed of pressure head, mouthguard, cylinder head, cylinder, piston rod, piston, piston head, spring, lower individual valves, gaskets, and hoses. However, not all lotion pumps need it. Including these parts, according to specific performance requirements, some parts may be combined or replaced, and then various structures of emulsion pumps are derived, but the basic principles are roughly the same.
Classification of lotion pumps
1) It can be classified according to the product field of lotion pump application.
Shampoo pump, shower gel pump, moisturizer pump, extract pump, anti-slick pump, BB cream pump, foundation pump, facial cleanser pump, hand washing pump, etc.
2) According to the lock mode, it can be divided into the following categories.
Guide block, screw lock, clip lock, no lock.
3) According to the characteristics of lotion pumps, it is divided into the following categories.
External spring pump, plastic spring, anti-soaking emulsion pump, high-viscosity material pump, etc.
2. Analysis of common problems of lotion pump:
1) The air pressure of the lotion pump is high or no water is discharged.
Cause Analysis:
a. The length of the hose is too long or the bottle depth is too shallow, the inlet of the hose is blocked, the air pressure of the lotion pump is too high, and the liquid cannot be discharged. b. The upper one-way valve of the lotion pump or (the lower one-way valve is broken or defective; c .The large wheel of the piston is broken or missing.
2) Difficulty in resetting the rebound of the lotion pump after pressing:
Reason analysis: a. The viscosity of the material liquid is too large, and the return resistance is greater than the spring force. It is recommended to choose a high-viscosity material emulsion pump for the material liquid with high viscosity; b. Insufficient gloss of cylinder bore or piston outer ring.
3) Leakage between the lotion pump and the bottle mouth:
Reason analysis: a. The cap torque applied during filling is insufficient; b. Due to the small height of the bottle mouth, after tightening the mouthguard, the upper end surface of the bottle mouth cannot touch the seal gasket of the lotion pump.
4) After pressing the lotion pump to discharge the liquid, the bottle is deflated:
Reason analysis: a. The inner diameter of the bottle mouth is too small, which is close to the outer diameter of the cylinder, and it is easy to block the balance pores under the action of the material liquid; b. The mold wear leads to the blockage of the pores that lose balance when the cylinder is formed; c. The neck gas passage design It’s too late to add gas to the bottle.
4. Surface decoration of lotion pump:
The surface decoration treatment of lotion pump usually includes electroplating, aluminum electroforming cover, hot foil, silver burning, printing and so on.
